The Department is based in Karpenisi, Evritania. It aims to provide high level education in the broad range of scientific fields regarding Forestry and Natural Environment, as well as conduct research in the same fields. Basic element of the education and research activities of the Department is the rich and diverse natural environment of Evritania, witch is a natural laboratory, ideal practice area for the students and researchers.
